Overview
Jieishudan enables a student to effectively defend against both armed and unarmed attackers. Techniques are often practiced in 'reality-based' scenarios, such as in the dark, on the ground, outdoors and in situations which limit movement. A Jieishudan student learns how to defend against an aggressor quickly and effectively using proven techniques, psychology and a focused mentality. The techniques are easy, natural and practical and they involve simple body movements.
